so there has been a lot of repeat business going on lately, which has lead to a v. v. dull blog. but it's gotten to the point where one realises, hmm perhaps this franchise does not fully appreciate my business and doesn't value me as a repeat customer.

i feel like it's not enough to just stop shopping there, but to burn the place to the ground. what's that you say? you haven't paid up your insurance? my insincere apologies. take your, "our chemistry is too strong for me to know if i'm attracted to the woman inside" and peddle it elsewhere. eff-tard.

does it count?

I may have added one to the list for October 8. If it happened in the wee hours of Nov 1st does it still count?! I think the first make out was just after midnight. This is a new record for me...he was only 22. My one treat from halloween night and he wins the softest lips award.

good sportsmanship

when playing sports, it's important to be kind to the other team. even if they skunk you. perhaps invite them to drink after the match. and then maybe some dancing. and then maybe some dancefloor makeouts. and then add them to your list. and as you leave them standing on the corner in the rain, shout joyfully from the cab, "See you next week boys!"

let's start off with frenchie. frenchie, well, is french. obviously. there have been some rendezvous. and there may be more. although i'm leaning toward no, because i like easy prey. if you are making things too difficult, i'll move on to some one easier to tackle...which brings us up to last night and the next entry.

Headed out in search of something different...different venue in a different part of town filled with a different type of men then I normally go for, but I managed to bump into an old friend and being the brazilian magnet that I am, managed to makeout with one of the only non-white boys in the entire bar. funny how in the winter time when you want someone to keep you warm during the long, cold nights--there are no good men to be found anywhere. yet when you want nothing but to play and cause trouble, you find the sweet guys who take you out and say all the right things.

this repeat business is really messing with my numbers. but i really like this business. it's like target. i tell myself it's just gonna be a quick stop, but i keep finding things i like and i can't leave.

The best medicine

Headed out to a college bar, a little wary of running into too many 21/22 year olds. Turned out to be a very fun night. Had a great time with the first guy in a long time who just kept making me laugh the whole night long. Decided not to take him home because he actually seemed nice, we exchanged numbers and a post dance floor kiss. Already have plans to see this Indian, salsa dancing boy again.

Another M boy

I guess I can't use names, but he's got a supper common one, the 3rd in my phone. I seriously don't know what is up with me and the white boys lately, but they've been having a draw on me. This cutie provided me with an easy opening, he had a cast on his hand. My two side kicks say he's not as young as I think he is, I don't like asking age because then I get asked too! Chatted all night, danced a little, kiss toward the end, easy number exchange, and as long as I follow the rules, I think a date next week. This one actually seemed really sweet.

Brazileros

If any lady ever needs a confidence boost, head over to cafe belo - or any location where Brazilian men gather. One place you'll definitely not need to make the first move. After chatting and dancing with a few guys, I managed to spot one that I wanted to do more than dance with. He was probably the tallest man there, dark and handsome too. Added him to list list with a couple of dance floor make outs. Unfortunately he was not a typical Brazilian kisser and I wanted to tell him to keep more of his tongue in his mouth, but he didn't speak enough English and I didn't want to try to explain it in Portuguese.

Later in the night there was a repeat with the bartender. whooo!

another ideal date with mr. m last night. dinner, dancing, fun conversation, lots of laughs. the only problem is this. we have now made it past the third date. and last night was the first night we held hands. i like a boy that's polite, but please don't be so polite that you won't take me home at the end of the night and make out with me on the couch. pretty please. hoping for second base by the end of the week.

i met a boy. we are reading the same book. or we would be reading the same book if it were in any of the bookstores and i didn't have to order it and wait impatiently for my infinite summer to begin.

so last night we had our first date. we talked about books and movies and music. but rather than a conversation, it felt more like i was interviewing him for an article i'm writing on men who can talk to girls, but just need someone else to lead the conversation. i guess this is what i get for being into boys who are into books.

Boy Bartender

I’m recently back in the game after an 11 week self enforced hiatus from flirting/hooking up of any sort with guys. First night out was a success. Exchanged numbers with 1 boy I hope to be writing about in the next few weeks – but as of now he doesn’t count. Who does count is the Boston born and raised bartender - yeah he's got that boston accent and attitude to boot. Don’t know his actual age, but am sure he fits in to the boy category. In my typical fashion there was nothing subtle about the way I picked up this 6ft4in skinny white boy and got a ride home. And a ride in bed. This is a bartender I’ve flirted mildly with before but never had the opportunity to actually put anything into action. I am expecting that I’ll see him a couple more times before things fizzle out. Sex was good, but I had to laugh and tell him to shut up when he said he was going to ‘tear through’ the normal size condoms. Yeah he might be in proportion (he is Very Tall) but come on. Overall a very fun evening.

mr. right now

the best thing about dating multiple men, or should i say one of the best things, is that while one boy might be saying and doing all the WRONG things, there is always at least one boy who is saying and doing all the RIGHT things. if you are only dating one boy, you might be tempted to excuse his inappropriate behavior. but when you have a fine selection of boys to choose from, there is no need to settle.

let this be a lesson for you boys. always be a gentleman and always treat the girl you are dating at least as well as you treat your friends. if not, some other boy will. and that boy, might just be smarter, funnier and better looking.

I wish I was a little bit taller...

So this boy is only 5'4". Whenever I see him I just want to put him in my pocket. He likes to suck my top lip a little hard, making my lip the size of a balloon but he is learning. I guess there are some you still have to teach....good thing he's always been a good student. I give 2 thumbs up to Mr. Doctor.

stranger danger

it feels weird adding an actual date to the list. since most of the time i'm just making out with 23 year olds. movie, dinner and a walk through the park. ending in a respectful end of the night peck. it's almost like i'm a grown up or something.

Ok, so this one was not a date or anyone I was interested in, but more of a "hey, havent seen ya in a while, lets grab a drink..." but it deserved a mention because of its sheer heinousness. Boy was that a mistake !! So it turns out first off he's so deaf I literally have to speak at almost a yell for him to hear me. We grab a drink at the bar and then sit down to eat... the motherfucker sat on the same side of the table as me !!! THAT IS A NO-NO !! I don't care if its my friend, my mother, my husband.. if theres only two of us, you sit across. Ugh. I stop caring what he said or did from there and my mind checked out. :(

a repeat offender took me out to see a movie. the movie sucked. he, however, does not. which is why i like to make out with him all the time. two thumbs up.

irish fob

i dunno what it is about the irish, but they all seem to have a great sense of humor. and this one was very good at kissing. even if he did taste like ciggys. but he is only 23. you don't think about trying to quit until you start feeling old. and this one looked 17, so there is no way he's feeling old just yet. and no, of course i didn't go home with him. he's 23 and irish!

cold tea

this was one of those nights where no one was really my type, but i decided to have a few drinks and go for the closest thing to it. he was tall and had that swimmer's body that melts my butter. but he was about as interesting as the side of a cereal box. the only thing worse than him trying to make conversation, was him trying to make out with me. very unfortunate. he goes on the list. but he goes under the "ew! learn how to kiss!" column.

ok. these boys deserve honorable mention, but they are from before i was really keeping track. so i can't be exact on the dates.

the pol dancer. a fun dancefloor makeout. since he runs in my outer circle, i'll likely run into him again and i'd be up for a rerun. he's sort of a man-slut. and i like that about him.

the prop comic. this boy is not afraid to make an absolute fool of himself. he also is not afraid to send me pics of it. and i'm not gonna lie, i kinda wanna lick his forearms. he needs to stop doing so much of his own repeat business so we can go for another drink.

100 boys?! not really, but why not aim for the moon!

each?! no! it's a joint effort with us and our friends. 100 boys in a summer is too difficult for a single girl with a job and at least some morals.

how does one get on this list? generally, you have to get to at least first base with a boy to add him to the list. (first base = kissing.) there are exceptions. e.g. if it's definitely a date, but the boy is shy or thinks he's a gentleman and doesn't kiss girls on the first date, you can choose to add him. and i gave a boy half a point for kissing me on the neck. if it was the cheek, i probably wouldn't have allowed him on the list at all. but the neck is kinda hot, so he gets some credit.

why?! because it's summer. no one wants a boyfriend in the summer! plus, for various reasons none of us are at a place where we want a relationship. and because dating is fun!

Chocolate that melts in your mouth

It's the worst when you run into boys you used to hook up with when you least expect it, BUT its the best when you look hot and ditch them for another boy at the bar..."you mean you're not coming home with me." All I could think was should I ask for a raincheck cuz there's another boy I want to makeout with tonight.
